Terms & Conditions:

  1. The promotion is valid from 22nd September to 22nd November 2025 at participating retail stores in UAE.
  2. All Mezzan UAE and participating retail outlets, employees & their first and second relatives are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
  3. Mezzan UAE shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.
  4. These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  5. For every Aquapanna and Sanpellgrino promo pack purchased, you may enter into the digital raffle draw.
  6. The prizes are: 1 Fiat 500 (Dolcevita) car, year: 2024
  7. All participants must scan the QR code on the promo pack and fill-in the digital raffle draw information and upload proof of purchase.
  8. Winners will be selected on (27th November 2025) and will be contacted via phone or email to receive information on how to collect their prize. For any queries, please contact Mr. Mohammed Wasim (055-8660572).
  9. Prizes will only be awarded upon submission of original receipt and EID.
  10. Prizes are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  11. Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days from the end of the promotion only.
  12. Mezzan UAE has the right to reject any fraudulent claims.

٢. لايحق لموظفي شركة ميزان وموظفي متاجرالبيع بالتجزئة المشاركة أوأقاربهم من الدرجة الأولى أوالثانية بالمشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي.
٣. شركة ميزان الامارات غير مسؤولة عن أي خسارة مالية أو ضرر بسبب رفضنا السماح بالمشاركة في العرض الترويجي أو سحبنا من العرض الترويجي أو أي إخفاق أو عجز عن عدم ربحك في العرض لأي سبب من الأسباب.

٩. سيتم منح الجوائز فقط عند تقديم قسيمة الشراء الأصلية والهوية الإماراتية.

١١. يمكن للفائزين المطالبة بجوائزهم خلال 30 يومًا من نهاية العرض الترويجي فقط.
