This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by Transmed Overseas Incorporated S.A and is applicable across the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).

This text is the contract (“Terms and Conditions”) that governs the relationship between the Company and you (the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) regarding your participation in the Promotion. It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Promotion and in doing so, unreservedly agrees to be subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.  The Company will post any such on “https://scanwinuae.com/cloroxuae” You are solely responsible for regular review of the Terms and Conditions and the Company is under no obligation to notify you of such changes.

Article 1: Scope

1. The Promotion and online entry submissions will take place from August 24, 2026, at 00:01 am until September 2, 2026, at 11:59pm in Lulu & from August 24, 2026, at 00:01 am until September 5, 2026, at 11:59pm in Union Coops across the UAE.  The Company reserves the right to extend the last day for submission of entries without prior notice.
2. The Promotion is valid only in the UAE for UAE residents only, aged 18 years old or older, in possession of a valid Emirates ID.
3. These Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to (“Participating Products”).
4. The Promotion will cover the Participating Products sold in the UAE only.

Article 2: Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism

1. This Promotion applies only to the Consumers who purchased the Participating Products in UAE. To be eligible, the purchase must be done through Lulu/Union Coop stores across the UAE, within the period of the Promotion from August 24, 2026, at 00:01 am until September 5, 2026, at 11:59pm.
2. To enter the Promotion, the Consumer must buy 39AED worth of the Participating Products and connect online “https://scanwinuae.com/cloroxuae” & “https://scanwinuae.com/cloroxlulu”, upload their receipt and enter the draw.
3. The Promotion runs from August 24, 2026, at 00:01 am until September 2, 2026, at 11:59pm. After this date, entries shall be closed, and participation will no longer be possible, subject to any extension of the submission closing date by the Company.
4. The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling out the online registration form in its entirety with his/her correct personal and purchase details: First name, Last name, Email address, Phone number, and Receipt number.
   
   1. The Consumer shall be responsible for providing his/her correct and complete information to participate in the Promotion. The Company will not be responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false information, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant that provides incomplete or incorrect information.
   2. Invalid entries (late, illegible, incomplete, and/or corrupt) will not be accepted.
   3. The consumer shall upload a full copy of the receipt indicating the date and time of purchase, as well as the receipt number and itemized list displaying participating products.
   4. In the event that the same receipt is used for multiple entries, only the result of 1^st entry will be considered.
5. The winning printed receipt will be checked and validated.
   
   1. If a Winner’s entry is valid, he/she will be entered the draw
6. The reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, the following:
   
   1. No printed receipt or printed receipt already used.
   2. Incorrect receipt/invoice number.
   3. Printed receipt picture unclear/unreadable
   4. Date of purchase is not within the official participation dates referenced above.
   5. Participating product not bought.
   6. Same receipt was used to more than one entry.
7. The employees of Transmed Overseas Incorporated S.A and their immediate families (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, and/or spouses) are excluded from the Promotion. Any participation of these persons in the Promotion in violation of these Terms and Conditions shall lead to automatic disqualification.
8. At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Consumer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification of that Consumer and a ban of any further participation in the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an advantage or otherwise is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification.

Article 3: Winners’ eligibility

1. The Winners will receive a confirmation email once they are validated to arrange the prize collection.
2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify a Winner if he/she does not meet the eligibility rules. These may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Fake identity or incorrect personal information.
2. Suspicion of cheating.
3. Information requested not received on time.
4. Any other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company.
5. Purchase of participating products should be within campaign period August 24, 2026, at 00:01 am until September 5, 2026, at 11:59pm.

1. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) citing problems of technical malfunction of his/her computer, online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software while registering to participate or in claiming the prizes in case he/she is a lucky Winner.
2. The Company’s decision in all matters to conduct the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible to participate in the Promotion, the Company may, at their sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in any manner it deems fit.
